John Corbett the Booze Boot
Las Vegas, Nevada (January 10, 2014) – Tipsy Totes, creator of stylish wine gifts and spirit carriers, recently met up with actor/singer John Corbett as he was heading into his sound check at Stoney’s Rockin’ Country.
Sonja and Ursula of Tipsy Totes were excited to have the opportunity to meet and greet John Corbett and donate an autographed Booze Boot to The Shade Tree which will be auctioned off during an upcoming event to benefit the local Las Vegas charity.
John Corbett has a long list of movie and TV roles (Sex and the City, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Northern Exposure) and has released 2 albums - Leaving Nothin' Behind and John Corbett. The fantastic singer and performer and was kind enough to take the time to autograph the Boots and meet with the Tipsy Totes ladies.
All in all, Tipsy Totes created three Booze Boots: one for John Corbett, one for his charity, and one for their store. Head Designer, Ursula, wanted to make something special for him and like nothing he’d seen before. Ultimately, she decided he would enjoy the Booze Boot with a bottle of whiskey, as he does have 2 songs about whiskey. It seemed to be a safe bet. The name of the song “Bottle of Whiskey” was embroidered on the back of the boot and the lyrics on the inside lining. She also created a personalized handcuff handle with a few measures of music, guitars and his initials. Part musical muse and part Booze Boot.
Corbett signed the customized Booze Boot and Stoney’s added VIP passes and shirts to the Boot as well before turning it over to The Shade Tree. Proceeds from the auction will benefit the non-profit organization. The Shade Tree aims to provide safe shelter to homeless and abused women and children in crisis and to offer life-changing services promoting stability, dignity, and self-reliance. Tipsy Totes is a proud supporter of the Las Vegas non-profit.
